The problem

Too many AIs. Too many tabs.

Today your AIs live in separate windows, with separate logins, separate memories and a lot of copy-paste in between. BeeAgents puts them in one hive that works together.

Before

  • Five chats, five logins
  • Copy and paste between them
  • Nobody remembers what the others did

With BeeAgents

  • One place for every AI
  • A queen hands out the work
  • Shared memory and approvals
Interactive demo

Watch a task run itself.

A simulated example of the real flow: you ask, the queen delegates, the bees work, Jev decides, you approve. Press play, pause or replay whenever you like.

  1. Ask
  2. Delegate
  3. Work
  4. Decide
  5. Approve
  6. Done

Simulation made for this page. It shows the real flow, but nothing here is being executed.

On all your devices

PC, tablet and phone, always in sync.

The same hive on the Windows desktop app, in the browser and on your phone as an installable app. Switch between them without losing anything.

Connect all your AIs

Your keys, your models, one place.

Paste each provider's key and you're done: BeeAgents recognizes whose it is, loads its models and always shows which brain each bee has connected.

  • Any compatible API. DeepSeek, Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, Ollama, MiMo and more; also your own or local models.
  • One brain per bee. One thinks with a powerful model, another with a cheap one, and Auto mode picks for you.
  • Jev, lightweight decisions. A bee can use Jev only: yes/no with a probability, or choose among your options.
  • Encrypted keys. They are stored sealed on your server and only travel to the provider they belong to.

Workflows

Automations where AIs collaborate.

Like an automation flow, but with an AI team at every node: hives connected by paths, with approvals, scheduling and decisions.

⏰Every morning 🔎Research ⚡Decision · Jev 🛟Support 💼Sales ✅Your approval

Tell the queen mother

By text or voice: “I want to research a company and prepare a proposal”. She suggests hives and paths.

Review the draft

Changes appear unsaved on the canvas. Accept, tweak by dragging, or discard.

Schedule it and forget it

Every so often, daily or on chosen weekdays, with approvals wherever you decide.

Projects

A team of bees for every folder of your PC.

Open a folder and its bees, hives, memory, skills and MCP live inside it, apart from the rest of BeeAgents. Each project’s own resources remain separate from the rest.

Learn more →

📁 Your folder, your team

Start from an existing folder or a new one, with a ready-made team from the marketplace: content, programming, analysts, study…

🧩 Their own MCP and skills

Add them from the Community, with a GitHub link or by hand. The name is read from the file itself. They only exist in that project.

🔐 Permission every time

An MCP cannot be limited to the folder, so each call asks you, even in bypass mode. A bee can suggest adding one in the chat; you approve it.

In testing. Projects work on Windows with your PC connected; cloud projects are not available yet.

Today · Dashboards

Your day at a glance, built by your bees.

Ask a bee for a dashboard in the chat and it builds it: metrics, charts, tables and notes. Then lay out your Today screen your way.

💬 Panels from the chat

No editor needed: describe what you want to see and the bee creates the panel, or updates it when the data changes.

🎛️ A Today screen that is yours

Reorder cards, change their width, hide what you do not use and bring it back. The order is saved for your account.

🪙 Reading costs no tokens

Panels refresh from your own data. The AI only spends tokens when a bee creates or edits one.

PC mode · Cloud mode

You choose where your hive works.

Working at your computer? Switch on PC mode and everything is processed there. When you want automations ready that don't depend on your PC being on, switch on cloud mode.

🖥️Your PC 🐝Your hive ☁️Cloud · 24 h 📱 From your phone you send the order to either one

PC mode

  • Everything is processed on your computer
  • Access to your authorized folders and programs
  • Ideal when you are working at the desk
  • If you turn it off, orders wait and continue when it is back

Cloud mode

  • Runs on the server, with your PC off
  • Leave automations and workflows scheduled
  • Results waiting for you, with approval if you ask for it
  • The same bees and the same memory
Everything in real time. A change on the PC, the web or the phone appears instantly on the others: bees, keys, MCP, chats and workflows.
The Device

Your bees have their own computer.

An isolated Linux desktop where they install programs, open websites, read the screen and work like a person, without touching yours. You can watch what they do whenever you like.

Learn more →
  • They install what they need. “Install GIMP on the Device”: they do it with Linux packages.
  • They see and use the screen. Clicks, text, keys and screen reading, with vision too.
  • Websites as apps. Services that only exist on the web get installed as a program on the Device.
  • Isolated and under your control. It runs in Docker and actions with side effects ask for your permission.
Token savings

Think just enough. Spend the minimum.

Classifying, filtering, prioritizing or choosing who does what doesn't need a chat model. Jev answers with structured decisions, with probabilities, in one cheap call. The big model only writes when it is needed.

Learn more →
  • No free passes. A favorable decision never authorizes running an action.
  • With a safety net. If Jev hesitates or fails, the team follows its usual path.
  • More savings. Response cache, a cheap model for summaries and daily limits per bee.

Glossary

The hive, in plain words.

A few words you will see around the product.

Bee
An AI assistant with its own role, brain, memory, tools and permissions.
Queen
The bee that coordinates the others: it splits the work and gathers results.
Hive
A group of bees that work together on a mission.
Workflow
Several hives connected by paths, with approvals, schedules and decisions. It is the automation canvas.
Queen mother
The assistant of a workflow: you tell it what you want and it proposes the layout.
Marketplace
Ready-made specialists and hive families you can install in one click.
Device
The bees' own isolated Linux computer, where they install programs and use the screen.
Jev
A decision service (TypeSafe) for cheap yes/no, choose and score answers with probabilities.
PC mode / Cloud mode
Where the work runs: on your computer or on a server that stays on.
MCP
A standard way to give AIs new tools. BeeAgents can use MCP servers and be one.
Skill
An installable set of instructions that teaches a bee how to do something.
Approval
A pause where the bee asks your permission before an action with side effects.
Questions

What people usually ask.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. It is used with menus, chat and voice. When self-hosting opens, a code-based installer will be enough.

What is a project?

A folder of your PC with its own team: bees, hives, memory, skills and MCP that only exist inside it. It works on Windows with your PC connected, and nothing from a project reaches the rest of BeeAgents unless you decide so.

Can a bee build me a dashboard?

Yes. Ask it in the chat and it creates the panel with metrics, charts, tables and notes. You then arrange your Today screen: move, resize, hide and restore cards. Reading a panel does not spend tokens.

Which AIs can I connect?

Any provider with a compatible API (DeepSeek, Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, MiMo…), local services such as Ollama, and your own servers. Each bee can use a different one.

Where are my keys and data stored?

On your server or, in the cloud, in your isolated account. Keys are stored encrypted and only travel to the provider they belong to.

Can a bee act without asking me?

Only if you allow it. You can require approval before each action with side effects, limit folders and tools per bee, or use Plan mode. Scheduled tasks deny actions that ask for permission by default.

What is Jev?

A decision service from TypeSafe that BeeAgents integrates: it chooses between options, scores, or answers yes/no with probabilities, spending almost no tokens. You need your own key.

How is this different from a classic automation tool?

In a workflow, every node is an AI team with memory and tools, not a fixed action. You can let the queen mother build it for you.

Is my data sent anywhere?

Only to the AI providers you connect, under their own terms. With self-hosting nothing is sent to us. See the Privacy policy.

What happens if an AI provider fails?

BeeAgents retries automatically on temporary errors such as quotas or 503s and, in Auto mode, can fall back to another connected provider.

Can I use local or free models?

Yes. Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint works, including local servers such as Ollama.

How much will it cost?

Pricing is not decided yet. Self-hosting is planned to be free; you pay your AI providers directly with your own keys. The cloud plan will be a monthly subscription.

Which devices does it run on?

There is a Windows desktop app today, plus the web and mobile (installable) version. Linux and macOS desktop builds are not ready yet.

Does it train AI models on my data?

No. BeeAgents does not train model weights. Memory is notes and documents stored on your side.

Can other tools use BeeAgents?

Yes. BeeAgents can act as an MCP server with 7 tools, so compatible tools can call it.

Start with one bee.
End up with a hive.
